2015 - Rutledge Farm Conservation Easement

Dedicated to protecting Middleburg’s horse country and  consistent with the area’s extraordinary efforts to preserve open space, Rutledge Farm’s owners (Aleco and his family) placed the 128 acre horse farm into conservation easement, December 2015, via the Old Dominion Land Conservancy.

1998 - Woodstock Equestrian Park Land Donation

 

Rutledge Farm’s owners (Aleco and his family) were also one of two families who donated 872 acres to Montgomery County, Maryland, to establish Woodstock Equestrian Park, in 1999.  The grand opening and ribbon cutting was in 2013.
